The Beacon team cooks breakfast once a month at Volunteer Ministry Center of Knoxville.
We proudly participate in the women’s Habitat for Humanity build both as a sponsor and as volunteers. We swing a mean hammer while wearing those hard hats.
Mobile Meals has been a pet project of Val’s since 2003. She delivers meals every Friday, and she’s made a ton of friends along the way.
Val has served on the Board of Directors for Care Cuts since its inception.
